賴韋光 Lai Wei-Kuang

1983年出生於台灣台中，2006年畢業於國立臺灣藝術大學美術學系。同年，就讀於國立臺灣藝術大學美術系碩士班。 並且在2006年協助 西提．諾蘭德先生 創立Citynoland網路城市，並於隔年2007年獨立為『西提王國』(Kingdom of Citynoland)，目前擔任該王國外交部長，並協助諾蘭德先生處理國家事務。

Born in Taiwan in 1983. Graduated from the Find Arts Department, National Taiwan University of Art in 2006, and entered the graduate program. In the same year, assisted "Mr. Nonlando" to create the virtual metropolis "Citynoland", which became independent as the "Kingdom of Citynoland" in 2007. Currently serving as the Kingdom's Foreign Minister, helping Mr. Nonlando with its daily affairs.
